Per lo spazio Flo(e)s, dedicato alla riscoperta della Flora e del Sottosuolo del Colle di Ranica, mi è stato chiesto di illustrare un pannello didattico.

Il progetto, supervisionato dalla giunta comunale e su progetto dell’Arch. Patrizia Berera, prevedeva la realizzazione di spazi interattivi in cui condividere e promuovere le varie tipologie di flora presenti nel territorio.
La realizzazione del progetto degli arredi, la supevisione e la comunicazione visiva è stata affidata a noi di Modulor.

Questo pannello risulta essere una sintesi delle specie più comuni di tre tipologie di flora: gli alberi, gli arbusti e le erbacee a terra.
In alto, un rilievo altimetrico parte dal colle di Ranica e segue il suo tracciato fino al fiume Serio, con esso anche la flora sottostante si intende associata ad un’altitudine specifica.
Questo vuol dire che alcune specie sono più ricorrenti in area collinare, atre pedecollinare o addirittura vicino al greto del fiume.

For the Flo(e)s Space, dedicated to the rediscovery of Flora and the Subsoil of Colle di Ranica, I was asked to illustrate an educational panel that is located within a municipal environment located in the historic center of the town.

The Project, supervised by the municipal council and on a project by Arch. Berera, envisaged the creation of interactive spaces in which to share and promote the various types of flora present in the territory.
The realization of the furniture project, the super-vision and the visual communication was entrusted to us at Modulor.

This panel is a synthesis of the most common species of three types of flora: trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants on the ground.
On the top, an altimetric relief starts from the Ranica hill and follows its path up to the Serio river, with it also the underlying flora is understood to be associated at a specific altitude.
This means that some species are more common in the hilly area, at the foothills or even near the river bed.

Gli alberi e gli arbusti sono schematizzati attraverso la silhouette del tronco e del fogliame che li rappresenta.
Mentre in primo piano, a colori, è rappresentato il dettaglio di foglia, fiore e frutto per poter meglio riconoscere le varie specie attraverso i dettagli che le caratterizzano.

I tre dettagli si ritrovano in ordine di “Altezza”: in alto quelli degli alberi, al centro quelli degli arbusti e in basso i fiori o le erbacee prese in considerazione.

The trees and shrubs are schematized through the silhouette of the trunk and the foliage that represents them, while in the foreground, in color, the detail of leaf, flower and fruit is represented in order to better recognize the various species through the details that characterize them.

The three details are found in order of “Height”: above those of the trees, in the center those of the shrubs and below the flowers or herbaceous plants taken into consideration.

Questa illustrazione è stata poi stampata su tre fogli adesivi che sono stati applicati con grande maestria dalla ditta Sommariva al pannello di retro.

This illustration was then printed on three adhesive sheets that was applied with great skill by the Sommariva company to the backpanel.
